Wir verwirklichen diese Ziele sowohl durch&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/aequa.cc\/events\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">unsere Veranstaltungen und Initiativen<\/a>&nbsp;als auch durch das Ausrichten und Unterst\u00fctzen von Projekten im Internet und in unserem Community Centre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir unterst\u00fctzen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Organisationen f\u00fcr \u2013 zum Beispiel \u2013 gegenseitige Unterst\u00fctzung von Sexarbeitende, Gerechtigkeit f\u00fcr Migrierte, Solidarit\u00e4t mit transsexuellen Gefangenen und f\u00fcr die Befreiung von Queers. <br><br><a data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/aequa.cc\/connections\/\" href=\"https:\/\/aequa.cc\/connections\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hier sind einige<\/a> der Gruppen, mit denen wir bereits zusammengearbeitet haben - bitte schaut euch deren wichtige Arbeit an und unterst\u00fctzt sie, wenn ihr k\u00f6nnt!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-css-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f8e08a;color:#f8e08a\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Our_structure\"><\/span><strong>Unsere Struktur<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend sich aequa an neue Krisen anpasst und neuen M\u00f6glichkeiten \u00f6ffnet, entwickeln wir unsere Strukturen st\u00e4ndig weiter, um unseren kollektiven Bed\u00fcrfnissen bestm\u00f6glich gerecht zu werden \u2014 <strong>equa ist ein Projekt in der Entstehung und wird es immer sein.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gegr\u00fcndet im Jahr 2018, organisierten unsere Kernorganisierende und viele Mitwirkende in den ersten Jahren eine Reihe von auf Gerechtigkeit ausgerichteten Initiativen und Versammlungen an verschiedenen Orten in Berlin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2020 konzentrierte sich unsere Arbeit auf einen Ort \u2013 <strong>unser <a href=\"https:\/\/aequa.cc\/spaces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Community Centre<\/a> in Berlin, Wedding,<\/strong> das im M\u00e4rz er\u00f6ffnet wurde \u2013 und wir erweiterte unsere Arbeit online (und international), um unsere Community sicher und unsere R\u00e4ume w\u00e4hrend der Covid-19-Pandemie zug\u00e4nglich zu halten. Wir wissen nat\u00fcrlich, dass Sicherheit und Zug\u00e4nglichkeit immer ein Prozess sind und dass diese Arbeit nie abgeschlossen ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2021, we opened up the work of co-organising to a number of working groups which have become an essential part of how we survive as a\u00a0<strong>Graswurzelorganisation<\/strong>\u00a0und decken alles ab, vom\u00a0<strong>Instandhaltung des aequa Community Centres \u00fcber Fundraising bis hin zu Social Media abdecken.<\/strong>Wir haben auch einen regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Versammlungsprozess begonnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2022, we made the tough decision to close the aequa Community Centre at Exerzierstr. 14, to make way for a more focused resource center at our Workshop space across the street, Exerzierstr. 13. More details on this new collective work are coming in Spring 2023 &#8211; stay tuned!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, our organising structure is a collection of semi-autonomous working groups, which are connected via our Coordination (aka Coor) Team, which has two members based in Berlin. To account for some of the experiences and knowledge that the Coordination Team are missing (for example, both coor organisers are white and from the global north),\u00a0<strong>hat aequa ein Advisory Team (Beratungsgremium), das die Communityorganisation und Entscheidungsfindung unterst\u00fctzt.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir wachsen immer mehr in unsere Community-Versammlungsstruktur hinein, in der die Menschen, die am meisten von den Entscheidungen betroffen sind, ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Entscheidungsfindung sind.&nbsp;<strong>In dem Ma\u00dfe, wie aequa w\u00e4chst, sich weiterentwickelt und nachhaltiger wird, wird auch die Arbeit, die wir leisten k\u00f6nnen, nachhaltiger.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-css-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f8e08a;color:#f8e08a\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Our_story\"><\/span><strong>Unsere Geschichte<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a community, we are activists, community organisers, volunteers and people who care, working across interdependent social equity movements can come together to share space, resources, experiences, learnings and energy.<br> Wir wissen, dass wir mehr als Individuen sind, vor allem in einer Welt, die uns Knappheit lehrt und dass wir konkurrieren m\u00fcssen, um zu \u00fcberleben. Wir sind Menschen, die diese Mythen ablehnen, die uns beigebracht wurden, dass manche Menschen entbehrlich sind, dass Erfolg nur durch harte Arbeit entsteht und dass diejenigen, die durch die Maschen fallen, sich nicht genug angestrengt habe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wir lehnen die L\u00fcge \"es gibt keine Alternative\" ab, indem wir uns bem\u00fchen, diese bessere Welt zu schaffen, von der wir jeden Tag tr\u00e4umen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viele von uns haben selbst Armut und Prekarit\u00e4t erlebt, was nichts damit zu tun hat, wie \"gut\" oder \"flei\u00dfig\" wir sind. Einige von uns wissen, wie es ist, allein zu einem transphoben Arzttermin zu gehen. Einige von uns wissen, was es hei\u00dft, rassistische Gewalt in \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erleiden oder jeden Monat mit der Miete zu ringen. Und viele von uns wurden im Stich gelassen, als wir am meisten Hilfe brauchten, sogar von unseren eigenen so genannten Communities. Und als ein Netzwerk, dem viele marginalisierte Menschen angeh\u00f6ren, wissen wir etwas \u00fcber die Realit\u00e4t der systemischen Unterdr\u00fcckung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wir haben auch erlebt, wie wundersch\u00f6n und erfreulich es ist, wenn Menschen zusammenkommen, um sich gegenseitig in Krisen zu unterst\u00fctzen. <\/strong>Wir haben uns am Ende eines anstrengenden Tages im Raum umgesehen und gesehen, wie jemand ein Transparent f\u00fcr eine Demonstration gegen Rassismus vorbereitete, wie jemand anderes gespendete B\u00fccher f\u00fcr die equity library aufbereitete und wie jemand anderes im Badezimmer die Toiletten freimachte. Und wir wissen ganz genau, dass Ver\u00e4nderung so aussehen kann. Er ist nicht immer glamour\u00f6s, aber er ist sehr real.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wir haben den Wandel - individuell, kollektiv, emotional und politisch - gesehen, der sich aus der gemeinsamen Arbeit in Solidarit\u00e4t ergibt.
